Dental Match is an independent matching service. We are not a dental practice, we do not employ dentists, and we do not provide dental treatment, diagnosis, or clinical advice of any kind. Use of this site is for educational routing purposes only.
What this service is not
Nothing on this site is a statement about the quality, safety, or appropriateness of any prior dental work, and nothing here should be read as an accusation of malpractice, negligence, or wrongdoing by any dentist or practice. We do not evaluate legal claims and do not provide legal advice.
How matching works
Submitting the intake form does not guarantee a match. We review submissions and introduce you to a specialist only where we believe there’s a reasonable fit. There is no fee to you for the free match.
The Dental Match Assessment
The paid Dental Match Assessment is an independent written review of the information you provide. It is not a clinical opinion, diagnosis, or substitute for an in-person dental evaluation. Fees for the assessment are disclosed before purchase or follow-up payment confirmation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dental Match, its owners, employees, contractors, service providers, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, business opportunity, or other intangible loss arising out of or relating to your use of this site, your reliance on information provided through the site, your decision to contact or not contact a dental professional, or any treatment, consultation, communication, or relationship between you and any dentist, specialist, practice, or third-party provider.
We do not control and are not responsible for the acts, omissions, recommendations, professional judgment, fees, scheduling, availability, treatment decisions, or outcomes of any dental professional or practice. Any dental care relationship is solely between you and the provider you choose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the site, the free matching service, or a paid Dental Match Assessment will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid directly to Dental Match for the specific service giving rise to the claim or one hundred dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
